The following terms and conditions will apply to the use of the Company's website, which is located at the electronic address netcraft.gr, as well as the services provided by the Company.
By using the website or the services provided by the Company, users indicate their full acceptance of the terms and conditions that the Company has set or will set in the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Company is not obliged to provide technical support except in the cases specified herein. The Company could exceptionally, if it so wishes, provide support and suggestions on issues not related to the hosting of the website (additional technical support).<\/p>\n\n\n\n3.4 <\/strong>Any request for additional technical support may be denied by the Company with or without reason. It is at the sole discretion of the Company whether to provide any additional technical support and once provided, it may be discontinued at any time without notice and without any obligation or liability for the Company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n3.5 <\/strong>The Company does not exercise control over the content of the information that passes through its server network, nor does it guarantee the reliability of any information that appears on the internet through or because of its services. Furthermore, it does not guarantee the commercial or personal solvency of anyone appearing on the internet or the fulfillment of any specific promises\/offers by third parties and is not responsible for any damages that may occur to the Customer or those who do business with him, including loss of data, due to delays, non-delivery of goods or interruption of services for any reason, error or omission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n3.6<\/strong> The use of any information provided via the internet is the responsibility of the user and the Company has no responsibility for the accuracy or quality of such information. The connection speed stated on the website represents the speed to the backbone network and not the end-to-end speed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n3.7 <\/strong>The Company is not responsible for any damage caused in the event of unavailability of the network or system and does not guarantee that the hosting service will be uninterrupted or that no error will occur, due to the special nature of the Internet and the networks through which information is distributed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n3.8 <\/strong>The Company, under any conditions and circumstances and for any reason, has no liability for any damage arising from the use, availability or unavailability of the services it offers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n3.9 <\/strong>The Company regularly upgrades installed applications on its servers in order to maintain security levels at the highest possible level and to provide the most recent versions of Control Panel, php, mysql, ioncube, etc. It is the exclusive obligation of the customer to update his code pages accordingly (the php code, mysql queries, asp, etc. of the websites that the Customer maintains in the space provided by the Company) so that they are compatible with the Company's servers.
The Company is not liable for any loss, damage and moral harm resulting from these upgrades as well as from the client's inability or unwillingness to adapt their websites to the upgraded versions of the various applications and computer programming languages that have been installed on the Company's servers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n3.10 <\/strong>The Company is not responsible or liable for any loss, damage or moral harm resulting from the inability to provide services or technical support and the Customer is bound by the acceptance of this that he will not raise any kind of claims.<\/p>\n\n\n\n3.11 <\/strong>The Company periodically takes backup copies of the files and databases of Customers who use hosting services on its servers. The Company bears no responsibility in the event that the backup copy is not up to date or cannot be used.
Recovering files from backup is charged.
The Customer is obliged to keep a backup copy of his files, databases and e-mails, using the Backup tool, provided through the CPanel.
For security reasons, the backup copy should be stored locally on the Customer's computer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n3.12 <\/strong>The Company will cooperate with the relevant law enforcement authorities regarding the Customer's premises, data, emails and content. This may result in the Company disclosing all information provided to the Company, including information located on the Company's servers, files and customer databases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n3.13 <\/strong>The Company is not liable to customers\/users for any damages that may arise from the execution or non-execution of their order. It also reserves the right to change the delivery time of products\/services in cases of force majeure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n3.14 <\/strong>All web hosting accounts automatically display a \u201cUnder Construction\u201d page once activated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n
4. User Responsibility and Unauthorized Use of Servers<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n4. 1<\/strong> The Customer accepts that he will not use the Company's website, the services it provides and the servers for:<\/p>\n\n\n\nA) <\/strong>.Sending, posting, emailing or otherwise transmitting any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise discriminatory.<\/p>\n\n\n\nB)<\/strong>.Causing harm to minors in any way.<\/p>\n\n\n\nC)<\/strong>.Sending, posting, emailing or otherwise transmitting any content that you do not have the right to transmit under the law or contractual or managerial relationships (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information acquired or disclosed as part of employment relationships or covered by confidentiality agreements)<\/p>\n\n\n\n\u0394<\/strong>) Sending, publishing, e-mailing or otherwise transmitting any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any third party.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\u0395<\/strong>) Sending, posting, emailing or otherwise transmitting any material that contains software viruses or any other code, files or programs designed to interrupt, damage, destroy or disable the operation of any computer software or hardware.<\/p>\n\n\n\nG) <\/strong>Intentional or unintentional violation of applicable legislation or its provisions.<\/p>\n\n\n\nOR)<\/strong> Harassment of third parties in any way.<\/p>\n\n\n\nI)<\/strong> Illegal collection or storage of personal data about other users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n4.2<\/strong> The Company has the ability to reject or delete material that is transmitted to the server it has provided, if this material violates any legislation related to intellectual property rights, copyright, is pornographic, racist or pirated (hacking, pirate software, warez sites, serial numbers), concerns drug trafficking, attempts to illegally enter a computer or violates any other law.<\/p>\n\n\n\nIn such cases, the Company has the right, without notice, to immediately deactivate the account and access to the site via the internet without any liability for any damages that may be caused to the Customer or third parties.
It then informs the customer to remove the material.
In the event that the customer does not comply immediately, the company has the right to completely delete the account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
4.3<\/strong> The Company follows a very strict policy on spam emails and may cancel the customer's account in the event of sending unorthodox\/unwanted bulk emails (spam mail).<\/p>\n\n\n\nAn email is spam when it is sent to many recipients who have not requested to receive it.
The customer agrees not to send any of the following types of e-mail:
(a) Advertising or informational, including without limitation commercial advertising, except to those who have expressly requested such emails from the customer.
(b) Annoying emails, either through the language they are written in, the frequency they are sent, or the size of the messages.
(c) Chain mails.
(d) Bulk promotional or informational Emails.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
netcraft.gr reserves the right to decide whether a customer action is considered \u201cspam\u201d, \u201cmail bombing\u201d, or \u201dbulk e-mail\u201d.
The customer who uses the Company's services for spamming will be charged a fee for management and system recovery costs.
The amount is determined exclusively by the Company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To protect the IPs of the servers from being included in spam lists, netcraft.gr implements a security mechanism regarding the allowed number of emails that users send per hour.
Upon request from the customer, this mechanism may, exceptionally, be made a little more flexible, and provided that the server administrators determine that this will not create a problem in the reliable operation of the Email sending service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
4.4<\/strong> The available server resources are intended exclusively for use within the Company's customer accounts.<\/p>\n\n\n\nIt is prohibited to make resources available in any way to third-party sites in any form, including but not limited to extracting graphics or text from third-party sites, material located on the Company's server, executing banner exchange programs, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
4.5<\/strong> SSH access is provided upon request by the client. The Company has the right to deny access or provide limited access for the execution of specific commands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n4.6<\/strong> Sending electronic messages to the server or any message sent on a harassing basis to a network directly or indirectly connected to the Company is prohibited, as is attempting to bypass user authentication or host, network or account security.<\/p>\n\n\n\nAccess to information that is not addressed to the Customer is prohibited.
It is prohibited to breach the security of any network, Spawning, Port scans, ping floods, packet spoofing, forging router information, denial of service attacks, sniffers, flooding, spoofing, ping bombing, smurfs, winnuke, land, teardrop, publishing viruses, running chat rooms, Internet Relay Chat, IRC bots (such as eggdrop), PhpShell and other similar programs, audio, radio and video streaming, uploading files to the server for the purpose of downloading by the general public, as well as gallery sites that make excessive use of resources.
Any activity, regardless of whether it leads to loss of information, will be investigated and appropriate action will be taken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
4.7<\/strong> Unauthorized background processes or authorized background processes that compromise the security of our servers will result in the suspension or termination of the Customer's account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n4.8<\/strong> The Customer agrees that he will build his websites in such a way as to avoid overloading netcraft.gr's Servers, limiting the use of code and applications that require high processing power.<\/p>\n\n\n\nnetcraft.gr has the right, in the event that the customer's website is the cause of problems in the provision of hosting services to other customers located on the same server, to immediately and without warning disable access to the customer's website.
In the event that netcraft.gr takes such action, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and netcraft.gr will cooperate with the customer to eliminate the reason that led to the suspension of services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
4.<\/strong>9 The customer agrees to the following terms:<\/p>\n\n\n\ni. Not to use equal to or more than 25% of server resources for periods longer than 90 seconds.
This includes any actions that can cause server overload including CGI Scripts, PHP Scripts, FTP, HTTP, SMTP load, etc.
ii. Not to execute any autonomous process on the server.
iii. Do not run daemons and any kind of executable files that make excessive use of bandwidth, such as IRCD, chat daemons, .exe, .com etc.pts, PHP Scripts, FTP, HTTP, SMTP load etc.
iv) Not to run any type of web Spider or Indexer (including Google Cash \/ AdSpy). v) Not to run any bit torrent application, track or client.
Hosting or linking of any illegal trafficked files is prohibited. vi) Not to participate in any activity related to file-sharing & peer-to-peer networks. vii). Not to run any gaming servers such as counter-strike, half-life, battlefield1942 etc. viii. Not to run cron tasks & schedule tasks at intervals of less than 5 minutes. ix. Not to use Script to call any file that is not local. Calling any file or url on a remote server must be declared to the company when it concerns shared hosting packages. x) The Customer must use the website exclusively as a conventional Web Site. The use of the Company's services and equipment must always be in a manner consistent with this agreement and in no case must they harm the operation of the Company's equipment or network.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Excessive use of system resources is not acceptable.
In the event that the use of the Company's services by the customer creates, at the Company's discretion, an overload of the Company's equipment and resources beyond permissible limits, the Company may suspend the operation of the account until the cause of the overload is determined and resolved.
The Company reserves the right to disable CPU intensive mechanisms. The Customer understands and agrees that no part of the services provided by netcraft.gr, such as space, e-mail or data transfer (bandwidth), may be used for backup purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The customer is not permitted under any circumstances to upload, download or store in the space provided files that are not directly related to what is necessary for the operation of his website.
<\/p>\n\n\n\n
4.10<\/strong> The customer must monitor the amount of space occupied by him and the other users of his account on the Company's hard drives, so as not to exceed the limits that have been set.<\/p>\n\n\n\n4.11<\/strong> It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the code and applications installed on their account are secure and that the permissions of directories and files are correct, regardless of how the installation was performed.<\/p>\n\n\n\nWhere possible, the customer should set directories and files to 755 permissions or as restrictive as possible.
The customer is responsible for all actions taken on their account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
4.12<\/strong> The customer must use a secure password. If the password the customer uses is simple, the account may be suspended until a more secure password is used.<\/p>\n\n\n\n4.13<\/strong> Shared Hosting accounts may not be resold to third parties.
If you wish to resell hosting services, you will need to use a reseller package.<\/p>\n\n\n\n4.14<\/strong> The Company has the right to limit the volume of messages sent or received by users in order to maintain the quality of e-mail services to other members and to protect their computer systems.
As the owner and\/or manager of the equipment and other resources used to provide services, the Company has the right to block electronic communication from other entities on the internet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n5. Security<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
5.a<\/strong> All transactions you make through www.netcraft.gr.gr are governed by International and European law, which regulates issues related to electronic commerce, as well as by the Consumer Protection Law (Law 2251\/1994), which regulates issues related to distance selling.
The Company recognizes the importance of the issue of personal data security, as well as electronic transactions, and has taken all necessary measures, using the most modern and advanced methods, to ensure maximum security.
All information related to your personal details is secure and confidential.<\/p>\n\n\n\n6. Privacy Policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Customer agrees to maintain backup copies of all files and databases hosted by the Company and agrees that the Company will not be liable for any loss of data.
The Customer is responsible for creating backup copies of their data.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n7.6<\/strong> If the Customer no longer wishes to use the Company's services, he\/she must declare this via the cancellation form located on the package management page.
Upon submitting the form, an email confirming receipt of the application is automatically sent to the customer.
In case the Customer does not receive the confirmation email, he\/she should contact the NETCRAFT.GR<\/strong> at 215 5403231. <\/p>\n\n\n\n7.7<\/strong> In case of non-timely payment by the customer, our services are scheduled to be automatically interrupted after the subscription expires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n7.8 <\/strong>The company reserves the right to terminate or make unavailable without any notice, any service for which the customer has not paid or requested a refund after payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
8. Acceptance of Terms of Use<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n These terms of use of the website www.netcraft.gr are drawn up based on all the legal rules of the Greek territory, are governed by Greek Law, by the applicable legislative provisions of the European Union and by International Treaties and are interpreted in accordance with the rules of good faith, business ethics and the social and economic purpose of the right.
