What is Total XML Exporter?;

The Total XML Exporter is a top-notch, fully customizable module for PrestaShop, designed to export your product catalog to Greek price comparison platforms (Skroutz and BestPrice) with absolute accuracy and security.

Mode of Operation

1. Creating an XML Feed for Skroutz.gr

Produces a complete XML format file <mywebstore>, extracting all the necessary fields (ID, Name, Link, Images, Price, VAT, Category path, Manufacturer, EAN, MPN, Weight, etc.).

Fully supports the structure nested variations for products with combinations (such as clothes, shoes, etc.), accurately recording the quantities (stock) of each combination separately. This works as an out-of-the-box feature in direct connection with Attribute Mapping, where you easily define which e-shop features have the property of size, which have the property of color, which have the property of flavor, etc.

2. Creating an XML Feed for BestPrice.gr

Produces an independent, simplified and very fast format feed <mystore>. Groups the variations by Color and gathers the available Sizes within the tag <size> with a comma separator, drastically reducing the size of the XML file and improving its reading speed by BestPrice.

3. Separate Feeds with the Ability to Differentiate

The module provides two completely separate XML files, allowing you to fully differentiate the products included in each. You can, for example, apply category/manufacturer exclusion filters or special price adjustments to the Skroutz XML, while the BestPrice XML can export your entire catalog. The two files are recreated independently via different Cron Jobs for maximum flexibility and avoiding server overload.

A powerful, out-of-the-box operation that frees the hands of every administrator. Through an extremely simple checkbox environment, you can connect the Attribute Groups of your e-shop with the three official roles required: Size, Color and Taste.

In this way, the module recognizes which features have the property of size, which have the property of color or something else, and accurately records stocks in detail per combination. Thus, XML informs search engines in real time about the availability of each specific variant individually, ensuring the perfect display of your products and avoiding orders for products that are out of stock.

Manufacturer Settings

Set rules per brand:
• Include/Exclude manufacturers from the feed.
• Price Adjustment (%): Increase or decrease the prices of products of a specific manufacturer (from 85% to 115% of the original price) in the XML feed, in order to manage the platform's supplies.
• Custom Availability: Set a custom availability message only for products from a specific manufacturer.

Easily exclude entire product categories from your XML feed with one click. Additionally, you can exclude individual products by simply entering the Reference code them, giving you complete control over the list you send.

Availability Override

Set custom availability texts for products that are in stock (in stock) and for those that are out of stock (out of stock) (e.g. “Delivery 1 to 3 days” or “Available upon request”) by overriding PrestaShop defaults.

Feed Security & Secure URLs

XML feeds are protected by a unique Feed Token security. No third party can "read" or download your XML without it. If necessary, you can regenerate the token with one click, automatically changing the feed addresses for maximum security.

Skroutz Analytics Support

The module includes a built-in ability to add your Skroutz Analytics ID, automatically insert the tracking script, and record orders with the ability to match Cash on Delivery (COD) and deduct the COD fee for correct statistics.
